Ant Group's Ling 3.1 Flash, a 560B-parameter MoE model, launched with a free trial and promised open weights

Ant Group's InclusionAI launched Ling-3.1-flash on 30 September 2026: 560 billion total parameters with about 25 billion active per token, aimed at agents, coding, search and long-document work. Vercel's AI Gateway made it available the same day, free through 13 October with a 262K-token window. TechNode reports a one-million-token design target and plans to release the model as open source after the trial.

What it means Another large Chinese MoE you can trial free now, and possibly self-host later if the open-weights promise is kept.
