Three customer-service agent programmes publish their operating numbers — Lyft, Fastweb with Vodafone, and LATAM Airlines
A LangChain write-up dated 4 August 2026 collects figures from three customer-experience agent programmes already running in production. Lyft reports roughly 270,000 interactions a month across seven or more agents, a 65% deflection rate and a 35% resolution rate. Fastweb and Vodafone's Super TOBi serves close to 9.5 million customers across an app and voice channels at a reported 90% correctness rate, 82% resolution and a customer-effort score of 5.2 out of 7, with one-call resolution above 86% on its Super Agent tier. LATAM Airlines' Concierge reached 52,000 users in its first month of beta and about 4,000 daily active users after more than a year, and adding customer-care skills cut out-of-scope messages from 13% to 1% while improving the return rate by 6%.
What it means Deflection and resolution rates from named live deployments are the nearest thing to a benchmark a business owner can price an agent programme against — but they come from the platform vendor the programmes run on, so read them as reported rather than audited.
