DeepSeek publishes V4 Pro 0813 weights at 1.7 trillion parameters
DeepSeek's V4-Pro-0813 checkpoint went up on Hugging Face on 13 August 2026 at 1.7 trillion parameters — the same scale as the V4-Pro-DSpark release from early July — and was available through OpenRouter the same day. It sits above the smaller V4-Flash line (304B, published 31 July). The Hugging Face model listing does not state a license, so redistribution terms are unconfirmed at time of writing.
What it means A 1.7T open-weights checkpoint is not something most teams will self-host, but it sets the ceiling that hosted providers price against — and the missing license line is the thing to check before it reaches anyone's build.
