NVIDIA agrees to acquire Hugging Face

NVIDIA announced an agreement to acquire Hugging Face, saying it will scale the platform, strengthen its infrastructure and widen access for developers and institutions. Hugging Face is the default distribution point for open-weight models and datasets.
