PlanRadar puts agents into construction admin — and they act without an approval step

AEC Magazine reported on 20 August 2026 that PlanRadar has added AI agents to its construction project-management platform to take over routine tasks. Once an agent is triggered it completes the action itself, with no approval step in between.

What it means Approval-free automation arriving in a liability-heavy trade is exactly where the question of who signs off gets decided in practice.
