Humanoid raises $152M Series A at a $1.35B valuation, with Bosch and Schaeffler both investing and buying
UK-based Humanoid closed a $152M Series A led by Prime Movers Lab (Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial, and Aglae Ventures also participating), reaching a $1.35B post-money valuation and Europe's first pure-play humanoid-robotics unicorn status two years after founding. Schaeffler is both an investor and a customer on a 1,000-robot deployment deal; Bosch is both an investor and Humanoid's contract manufacturing partner for its wheeled HMND 01 platform.
What it means Two industrial giants (Bosch, Schaeffler) are simultaneously customers, investors, and a manufacturing partner for the same humanoid startup — a much stronger signal of real industrial demand than a typical funding-round vendor claim, and a concrete deployment (1,000 robots at Schaeffler) a manufacturing or logistics operator can go look up.
