Serve Robotics puts its sidewalk delivery robots on Grubhub

Serve Robotics announced on 19 August 2026 that it will deploy its autonomous sidewalk delivery robots with Grubhub — an ordering-platform integration rather than a standalone pilot, which is what puts the robots in front of ordinary customers by default rather than by opt-in. The Robot Report the same day also carried Pudu Robotics launching the MP2000 autonomous forklift, a warehouse-side counterpart.

What it means Distribution, not hardware, is the gate on delivery robots — riding an existing ordering platform is how a fleet gets demand without building a consumer brand.
